The back carries a large circular octopus badge. "AIR LAND SEA" arches over the octopus and "SEARCH & RESCUE" arches below it, set between two small stars, with "ALWAYS READY" under the tentacles. The outer ring reads "WHEN THE CALL COMES WE GO" across the top and "THE RESCUE COMMUNITY" along the bottom.
The badge is printed large on the back, with a flag and SEMPER PARATUS on the sleeve and a small SAR DOG® life-ring logo on the front chest.
